Heartache2Hope provides healing support to children, teens, and adults who have experienced a suicide loss. 

Located in Oakville, they offer 12-week support groups, drop-in group meetings, individual counselling and peer support, and community education. They also offer a free 6-week Suicide Loss Grief Support Group for teens (14-18 years old), led by professional clinical staff.

HOPELINE: Immediate Suicide Loss Information and Guidance offers the opportunity to connect directly with a Suicide Loss Bereavement Care Specialist.  Monday and Thursday 1:00-4:00pm.
